The staff, especially Lauren on reception, were lovely and attentive, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, with a good-sized TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a good temperature and power flow. The hotel had a tidy and clean ambiance. The complimentary duck, Rennie, was a beautiful touch and made for a welcome addition to our home. The view from the 7th floor was lovely, overlooking the north.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

Our room at Apex was spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and were really nice too assist us , making us feel welcome and valued as guests. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we found the overall experience at Apex to be enjoyable and satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. We also really appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and free toiletries. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access all the main shopping districts. It was close to everything, yet far enough away that we couldn't hear the noises from nightlife. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, from the spotlessly clean room to the well-kept common areas.
